This feedback will not be overly extensive in that I do not feel that all issues are of critical significance to these topics. There are other excellent websites that provide a broad range of charitable content and comment.
I found an increasing number of questions and situations that I feel would be very relevant to most charities operating in Canada. Therefore rather than simply answering the inquiry directly, I thought it would be a good idea to provide a more general response so everyone can benefit.

There are three sources for blog type information that I use. They are: Canada Revenue Agency's website, Mark Blumberg's Canadian Charity Law, and Terrence Carters' Charitylaw.ca. These 3 sites provide excellent materials on a wide variety of topics of interest to anyone working in Canadian charities. My blog may comment on some of their material as well. If I find any other sources of information that provides excellent services, I will be more than happy to provide that link through my blog.
You will notice a new look and organization to my website. This new look was intended to provide better access and layout to the information provided on the site. As for new resources, I will be providing new information on cross-border giving, plus I have posted an update to my presentations to CGA-BC on a variety of charitable issues and 7 case studies that were presented with comments from CRA. I apologize for not being able to provide the actual presentations due to a "bug" in the new system that will not allow me to post original documents, only PDF versions. As a user of my site, you know my intent has always been to provide the original information so that you can download it and use it to benefit your organization. Once again, if you have any issues or need some sort of "tool" to help you with your charity's administration, plan giving program, policies and procedures, or particular issues with certain gift instruments, please let me know and I will provide what I have make or efficient use of your time.
On a side note, this new service is being provided thanks to the voice recognition software known as Dragon Speech Version 11.5 Premium Edition. I've had this software for approximately 6 weeks and I am absolutely thrilled with my increased proficiency in providing written material. The software is very inexpensive, easily learned, and extremely powerful, so that with very little effort you can become immediately more productive right out of box . Sort of like plan giving, the software just gets better the more you use it!
